This page covers hawaos.com. Plant data collected by a HawaOS gateway is governed by your service contract and the security and data terms, not by this page.

What we collect

• If you apply for the audit: your name, company, plant location, number of compressors, work email and phone number.
• If you email us: your address and what you write.
• Standard server logs kept by our host for security and reliability.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, to arrange an audit with our partner Arcoma, and to improve the service we offer. We do not sell personal data.

Who sees it

HawaOS, its parent company mobai., and Arcoma for the purpose of arranging your audit. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Audit requests are kept while we work with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@hawaos.com. We handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
